He has coached and mentored across multiple disciplines, including CEOs and Presidents, Directors of Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering and IT. He believes in creating a confidential and trusting environment, where he will support, challenge and guide to maximise your performance.
Giles spent many years as a global change consultant. Initially with KPMG in London, then joining the international consulting team of Boyden, as a Human Resource and Talent specialist. He lived and worked in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, for more than 10 years, before returning to the UK with his family.
Giles left the Corporate world in 2015 and established Quest HR Consulting Ltd., a bespoke leadership consultancy, that exists to help the leaders of today and those of the future on that very personal journey.
Emma’s career has been built on a strong foundation in various people-centric industries, with key roles in public relations, marketing and international events.
She has worked for international corporates including News Corporation and Ogilvy & Mather and has developed a keen interest in coordinating and supporting projects in a creative and results-driven manner. Over the course of her career, she has worked with major brands including, Heineken, Tag Heuer, Volvo, Nokia and Visa alongside projects spanning countries throughout Asia and the Middle East.
Having worked in various industries including communications, media, marketing and education, Emma thrives on ensuring all Quest programmes are managed efficiently, driven by her passion for effective human resources programmes and the results they can deliver.
